We also have a quarter horse, Sierra who will shout out a winnie or two as you stroll the property. Please do not feed her she is watching her girlish figure. Patrick our barn cat has been rescued and is now part of our family, he is very cute but he is a feral cat and has a job here on the farm.. please do not pet him. Fresh eggs are provided each morning by our 12 Buff Orpington hens aka “the girls out back”
Honey Bees: We have a bee hive in the back garden, they are happy gentle bees (but bees will be bees and can sting). Please do not disturb them, they are very busy working on pollinating our garden and providing honey for the bed and breakfast. If you are interested in bee keeping, feel free to ask questions. If we are available and the bees don’t mind, we would be happy to let you peek inside.
