The Peppermill
On the StripThis old-school spot has been around forever… and it's one of the few places on the Strip that's not attached to a hotel or casino. Grab a drink at the fire pit in the lounge and then order up some greasy eggs and bacon (served all night long).
Du Par’s Restaurant and Bakery
Golden GateThis classic diner is open 24/7 and offers up bottomless coffee, hand-squeezed orange juice, eggs any style, and made-to-order omelets. But the biggest draw is the famous, sky-high stack of pancakes, which were called the best in the nation by Esquire. It could be the perfect bite after a night of crawling down Fremont St.
Sugar Factory
On the StripSugar Factory has a few different locations in Las Vegas, but the one underneath the Paris Hotel is perfect for night owls. Not only can you chug goblets of sugary cocktails and eat jumbo-sized desserts, but you’ve also got a breakfast menu that is available anytime, plus a patio view perfect for people-watching in front of the Bellagio fountains.
Griddle Cafe
SLS Las Vegas
One of the best things about the recently-opened SLS Las Vegas is the slew of new restaurants. That includes The Griddle Cafe, which has a deep selection of boozy milkshakes, fat orders of pancakes that could feed an army, and scratch-and-sniff wallpaper that will get you in the mood for something sweet before you even sit down at your table.
Grand Cafe
Red Rock ResortYou can find a Grand Cafe location at any of the Station Casinos properties, but the coolest one may be on the patio at the Red Rock Resort. The Two Egg Bacon Breakfast is available for $3.99 from midnight-6am and includes (yes) two eggs, two pieces of bacon, two pieces of toast, and hash browns.
Coronado Cafe
South PointIf you’re South of the Strip and up in the middle of the night, the Coronado Cafe at South Point has breakfast, lunch, and dinner 24/7. Want something totally different? Order some won ton soup off the Chinese menu.
Mr. Lucky’s
The Hard Rock
If you’re in the lobby of the Hard Rock late at night, chances are good you’re heading towards either the Center Bar or Mr. Lucky’s. Although it may be hard to order breakfast when you can always go with the off-menu $7.77 deal with steak, shrimp, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
El Cortez
El CortezThe Fremont East District is big on bars but short on late-night restaurants. So wander over to the El Cortez for some of the best late-night eats Downtown. The menu is limited from 10:30pm-7am during the week… but you can still get some eggs and bacon or corned-beef hash for your breakfast fix.
Off The Strip at The LINQ
The LINQOff The Strip is already one of the best new restaurants you’ve got to try in 2015. It’s a place where you can get breakfast any time of the day (or night) with creative foodie-friendly dishes like the Red Quinoa Cake, which comes topped with an egg sunny-side-up.
Arizona Charlie’s
Arizona Charlie’s DecaturBring your appetite and only a little bit of cash. The breakfast menu is available overnight and specializes in family-size portions and low-cost specials that include ham or steak & eggs with hash browns and a choice of toast or a biscuit with gravy for $4.99.
