Las Vegas is known as much for its scrumptious smorgasbords as its celebrity chef fare and for good reason-the city has truly redefined the all-you-can-eat dining experience over the years. While the prices at most buffets have gone up considerably over the past decade, the quality of food you'll find at a buffet has improved, too. In fact, most buffets actually serve up a fairly high-end dining experience these days.
Wicked Spoon at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas was the first buffet on the Strip to really reinvent the wheel, offering a unique small-plates approach that was not only more sanitary, but also meant the fare was a lot fresher. After all, only so many individual plates could fit on the buffet line at one time. Since then, other buffets have followed suit, like Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, which made a name for itself when it opened in 2012 by offering more than 500 dishes daily.
Changing the game yet again, Bacchanal recently began offering lobster, caviar and whole market-fresh fish, too, which diners can enjoy for an additional fee. The new menu additions come a little more than a year after The Buffet at Bellagio introduced the first Chef's Table experience at a buffet, where an attentive waitstaff prepares an assortment of fine culinary dishes for guests tableside.
So whether you're looking for a new way to buffet or a reliable old favorite, our list of Las Vegas' 10 best buffets is sure to have something for everyone to enjoy. Dig in!

The Feast Buffet at Red Rock Resort features an impressive selection of dishes from around the world, including Italian, American and Asian, at a fraction of the price you'd typically pay at a Strip buffet. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch, offerings include such delectable dishes during dinner hours as sushi, pizza, barbecue (try the hickory-smoked pork ribs!) and fried shrimp. There's also slow-roasted prime rib and peel-and-eat shrimp available on Friday and Saturday nights, and a pasta station cooking up fresh shrimp scampi. The Farmers Market (salad) and dessert stations are huge, too, guaranteeing something for every palate. Be sure to try the tasty Spanish rice and the tender pork shoulder if they're available, and don't forget a slice of the freshly carved top round if the prime rib isn't offered. It's so tender and juicy, you might just mistake it for prime rib! (702-797-7777)

The DRV for protein is 50 g(based on 2000 kcal diet) there is no guideline specific for each meal. Breakfast however should be one of your main meals of the day therefore theoretically at least one 3rd of the total protein should be consumed. Protein rich foods also help lowering GI to the meal which will help you ensure that the energy is released gradually.
